Our Team

We work with organisations to create workplaces that are clearer, more connected and better for the people in them.

Our work brings together intuition, strategy and people expertise to help organisations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, support better decision-making and create change that actually lands. That might mean helping a leadership team think more clearly about the future, supporting an organisation to strengthen its people practices, guiding a team through challenge or transition, or creating the conditions for more honest, useful conversations.

You can expect a style that is thoughtful, grounded and human. We are interested in what is real, not just what sounds good on paper. We help people contribute honestly, make sense of complexity and move through important conversations with more clarity, confidence and care.

When standard approaches are not getting to the heart of things, we also offer more creative and reflective ways of working, including art-based consultation and facilitation. These approaches can help people step out of habitual thinking, lower defensiveness and offer richer insight, especially when the topic feels sensitive, stuck or difficult to name.

Work is typically led by James Hare, with trusted specialist partners brought in where needed depending on the brief. This may include support across HR, mediation, legal-connected workplace matters, leadership, facilitation, learning design, strategy, evaluation or other areas of expertise. The model is flexible by design, so the support fits the work rather than forcing the work into a fixed structure.

Meet the Team

  • I support organisations across Australia to build clear DEI strategy and real-world capability. My approach combines structured review and consultation with a maturity lens, so leaders can move from good intent to a practical roadmap with priorities, ownership and measures.

I started my career in nursing and have worked across HR and organisational practice in Australia and overseas. I bring a mix of strategic clarity and grounded facilitation, helping leaders and teams navigate complex conversations without scripts or performative language.

My work includes DEI strategy and policy development, organisational reviews, executive and practitioner coaching, and training and facilitation across topics such as inclusive leadership, belonging, and LGBTIQA+ inclusion. I also contribute to the profession through community leadership and sector engagement, including the AHRI NSW Diversity and Inclusion Network.
